How can I track my order from abroad?
Overseas delivery is not possible on the Korean site.
Please use the overseas mall.
Why is there an amount discrepancy between at the time of ordering and what I
charges you in WON (Korean currency). Thus, your payment transaction actually occurs after the foreign exchange rate has been taken into account.
However, because the foreign exchange rate continuously fluctuates, it is highly possible that the exchange rate may be different when the credit card posts your transaction from when the order was made.
That’s why the amount you see on your bill may be different from what you saw on the website while making the order.
